Being legally allowed to say what you think is not the same as having the opportunity to make yourself heard. Censorship is outlawed, but that doesn't mean every opinion gets in the news. Do you suffer from practical censorship?
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights also explicitly mentions the right to change your opinion and your beliefs. Borders do not become real until you try to pass them.
